It was enlightening and beneficial to work with the Willezy team on the “Enhancing User Experience for the Estate Planning Platform” project. The employers were very involved and gave clear context regarding the platform’s objectives, user base, and difficulties. We were inspired to take charge and use the ideas we acquired in W25 to solve problems in the real world by their willingness to collaborate and be receptive to criticism. It was simple to improve our suggestions and iterate on our solutions because the Willezy team was open to communication and responsive to our ideas throughout the process. We could better comprehend the dynamics of customer experience design in a business setting because they managed to strike a good balance between providing us with guidance and granting us creative freedom. The project was significant because users frequently view estate planning as difficult or frightening. Our course’s emphasis on increasing engagement through better customer experiences was ideally matched with Willezy’s dedication to streamlining that process with an intuitive platform. Overall, the collaboration deepened my understanding of how customer experience strategies can be tailored to sensitive services like estate planning, where trust, clarity, and ease of use are paramount. I valued collaborating with such a creative and encouraging team, and it was a fulfilling opportunity to put customer-centric thinking into practice.

During the W25 project the employer gave us beneficial background information and showed eager interest toward our ideas. Thanks to the employer's willingness to disclose their website knowledge and survey intention to Willezy's brand understanding and user activity path became clear to analyze. As part of a college research project, we explored Willezy, an online platform helping Ontarians create wills and Power of Attorney documents with ease and affordability. We found Willezy to be a promising legal-tech solution that addresses key barriers like high costs and lack of awareness. Its user-friendly interface makes will-writing approachable, especially for first-timers. Most users are triggered by life events (like marriage or buying property) and look for services they can trust. Willezy’s simplicity and pricing stand out, but building more social proof and offering support features could further boost trust. Overall, Willezy is a great option for individuals with straightforward estate planning needs — accessible, modern, and easy to use.

Good morning, First of all, I want to say how much I admire Willezy's mission. Making estate planning accessible, quick, and user-friendly is not just innovative—it's necessary. Your platform tackles a topic often associated with complexity and discomfort and turns it into something empowering. Our project aimed to enhance that mission by identifying opportunities to improve onboarding, increase customer retention, and refine your mobile experience, all while keeping your core values front and center. We know a good CX strategy doesn't stop at research and prototypes. The key now lies in execution and consistency, especially across digital channels like social media. Even with a solid foundation and valuable customer insights, success depends on maintaining visibility, building emotional connections, and delivering value consistently. Now that the foundational analysis is in place, we know that the next steps are what matters, especially in being consistent and intentional across social media platforms. A strong online presence is essential for Willezy to educate, connect, and build trust with new users—especially in a market where credibility and clarity are everything.
