Working collaboratively, our members are ready to support service improvements, identify key elements for strategic initiatives, or offer guidance for change. Friars Consulting Group helps students build practical skills in process analysis, strategic planning, insights development, and strategic thinking. Partnering with the Frias Consulting Group offers your organization fresh perspectives while fostering the growth of future consulting professionals. Though open to negotiation, preference will be given to non-profit and social enterprise organizations.
