Erin did an incredible job researching the landscape on DEIB to provide critical context to our work and results, and finding relevant data sets to compare our results to and ensure we are holding ourselves to the highest standard. Prior to Erin working with us, I had struggled to find relevant data sets, and was grateful for her insights and recommendations. She also identified potential actions for us to take to better meet our DEIB commitments, and these are recommendations we are currently exploring and hoping to put into practice in 2025!
