CRM finalization - UI Integration - Overall Optimization

The main goal of this project is to finalize a CRM system that has been created for the staffing/recruitment industry. Currently the back-end of the project is nearly 90% finished, and a new user interface re-design needs to be implemented to give the product an overall facelift. Goals of this project will include: custom web development, page redesign, API implementation, Cloud-Based database management and implementation, and more.

Electronic Document Parsing and Data API Call for ATS/CRM

My company is building an internal application that is a ATS/CRM (applicant tracking system/customer relationship management) platform for internal and external use. The application is developed towards the staffing industry specifically in the IT field. I need a software plug-in/code developed that has the ability to read and parse word and pdf documents utilizing strings. The strings will need to be able to search for and identify several key pieces of information such as first and last name, phone number, email address, and job titles/skillsets(Java, Python, AWS)etc... This will need an API call and the model to be returned (documentation) and be available to deploy in a Lambda. Experience with software strings using modern development languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, etc... Ability to read and parse information and search for specific text sequences. Experience with API calls, and API access. Knowledge of what makes it capable to be deployed in a Lambda. To accomplish the above, you will be provided with documents both Microsoft Word and PDF to read and parse from. The finished product should be integrate able into a lambda and use API calls to parse these documents with maximum efficiency. Final deliverables include: All source code. A written report explaining the process and outcomes. Any other pertinent information regarding the project.
