This project will challenge students to explore the Canadian fire safety market and develop a practical entry strategy for an innovative emergency response productโ€”Bridgehill Fire Blankets. These blankets are used to safely and quickly suppress fires involving electric vehicles, industrial equipment, and general fire hazards.


Students will analyze market segments such as EV fleet operators, fire departments, insurance providers, and industrial facilities to assess where the greatest demand and opportunity exist. Through research, strategic planning, and competitive analysis, students will produce a roadmap to introduce this product to the Canadian market effectively. The project will strengthen students' ability to assess product-market fit, navigate industry-specific challenges, and propose launch strategies for real-world safety solutions.
