Willezy is a legal tech platform offering Wills and PoA at an affordable price in Ontario, Canada. We are seeking motivated students to collaborate on building brand awareness and driving organic traction for our platform through digital marketing.


The students will take on the role of a Hands-On Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to help us achieve this goal.

Deliverables

We’ve broken the project into three phases so learners can focus on specific, actionable tasks:


Phase 1: Market Research

  • Conduct primary research by interviewing potential customers in Ontario to understand their needs regarding Wills and PoA.
  • Study competitor approaches to identify best practices, what works well, and gaps we can address.
  • Deliverable: A Market Research Report summarizing findings and insights.

Phase 2: Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Use insights from the research to develop a 30-60-90 day digital marketing plan with clear goals, a content calendar, and measurable KPIs to drive website traffic and engagement.
  • Deliverable: A Detailed Marketing Plan with outlined projects and tasks.


Phase 3: Content Creation and Execution

  • Create engaging video content, blog posts, and social media assets to support the marketing plan.
  • Deploy content according to the content calendar on Willezy’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
  • Monitor performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Deliverables: Content Assets (e.g., videos, blogs, social posts) and a Post-Execution Report highlighting results and insights.

  • Background in marketing, communications, or media studies preferred but not mandatory.
