The main objective of this project is to create a business plan for Achieve Potential Inc. by leveraging business forecasting to assess the market entry feasibility of two new programs.

Students will develop a strategic roadmap for each program, one aimed at small business owners and another at BIPOC women. The ultimate goal is to provide Achieve Potential Inc. with data-driven insights and a clear strategy to successfully launch and grow these initiatives.

• Goal 1: Market Analysis & Forecasting 📊 Students will conduct a thorough market analysis and use forecasting methods to predict demand and potential market share for each program. This involves gathering data on target demographics, competitors, and market trends.
• Goal 2: Strategy Development 🗺️ Based on their forecasting and research, students will design a strategic plan for market entry. This includes identifying key opportunities, mitigating risks, and proposing a value proposition for each program that resonates with its target audience.
