sales social marketing advertising management event managementThe main objective is to expand Inspirely’s visibility and impact by directly engaging with families, educators, and community members at high-traffic events and exhibitions across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Students will participate in booth-based product demonstrations, sales, and outreach campaigns that promote STEAM education through Inspirely’s hands-on learning kits.
Activities will include assisting with booth setup and takedown, managing inventory, conducting live product demos, interacting with school staff or potential corporate buyers, and creating event-specific promotional content. Students will also support kit preparation, including packaging and organizing products for display.
- Live sale and promotion of Inspirely STEAM kits at community and education-focused events
- Booth setup, takedown, and logistics (inventory, signage, lifting/display materials)
- POS transaction handling and basic customer service
- Pre-event kit assembly and packaging
- School and teacher engagement at events to build future outreach opportunities
- Introduction of Inspirely’s programs to potential CSR/corporate leads
- Creation of short-form promotional content (photos, social media posts, videos, reels)
- End-of-project summary report including:
- Sales and inventory data
- Customer and partner interactions
- Key learnings and improvement suggestions
Top performers may be offered future roles in outreach, affiliate sales, or paid event positions or future opportunities through new Riipen program called Riipen FuturePath.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
