Are you facing issues around effective employee engagement and feedback? Problems with team or interdepartmental communication? Opportunities around change management? Do you need to build a recruitment and selection plan? Develop a training program?


This experience invites industry professionals to collaborate with a team of first-year Graduate MBA students specializing in Talent Management. The learners will apply their knowledge of organizational behavior and human resource management to analyze and enhance workplace implementations. Through this project, students will develop skills in strategic HR planning, team dynamics, and organizational culture, providing valuable insights and practical solutions to real-world challenges faced by companies.  The overall goal is for students to identify best practices and link them to strategic goals and organizational problems within your organization.

Students will deliver a comprehensive analytical report on an HR topic most relevant to your organization. They will provide an in depth analysis and make strategic recommendations on how to improve current processes, or implement new ones. Please note that students will not implement their suggestions at this time.
