Skilled Talent for Your IT Support Projects – 150 hour, 4-Week Experience


Riipen and Climb Hire have joined forces to bridge the gap between untapped talent and real-world work experience. This initiative connects forward-thinking employers with skilled, job-ready professionals from Climb Hire’s programs. This program provides accessible internships to support a thriving, skills-first digital tech workforce.


  • Submit a project here for the Climb Hire team to review. 
  • Once approved, you will be matched with 3-5 participants.
  • Each participant will complete 30 hours of work, totalling up to 150 hours for your project.
  • Projects will start Monday September 15th, 2025 ending by Friday October 10th, 2025.


Climbers come with a practical understanding of Information Technology and a a deep understanding of mobile devices, networking, hardware, troubleshooting, virtualization and cloud computing. They have completed multiple CompTIA A+ certifications.

Due to the IT Support's short, remote format, projects must be well-defined and project-based. We cannot accept job postings—please outline a clear, specific scope for the learner’s work.
